Hey folks!
Just coming from my first workout @ Virgin Active. Did 20 mins brisk walking on a 5.s % incline and a 5.5 km/h speed. I then went to the elliptical for a 5 mins and had to go down as the gym was closing! :( Yeaah, i have to say i was quiet disapointed but for a first day i think that a 30 mins session was good. I had what I wanted: I did it. I sweated. The back of my t-shirt was wet!
How was it?
Well not that bad, thought it would be harder, I have managed it quiet well! Proud of myself :p
How am I feeling now, after the workout?
I am feeling great, glad I finally took my courage to get back to gym! Energy level is high, I even wanted to take my rope and start jumping once home, but decided to push the rope jumping date to tomorrow 10 am.
Not feeling hungry at all, I will have a camomilla and peppermint tea and go sleep like a baby!
Oh yeah let me introduce you to my new workout mates! Nikeeeyyys, I love them! Hot and so comfy!!
